Actions - Year One
In our first year we aim to unionize bands, artists, venues, talent buyers, and music-workers alike to commit to providing themselves and associated artists/workers with the following:
To Refuse any contract resulting in under $100/person minimum guaranteed for musicians + food/drinks (when available). $500/band + food/drinks (when available) minimum for groups exceeding five members.
Develop membership and members fanbases into inclusive and safe communites which are exclusive to fascist, racist, sexist, homophobic/transphobic, generally prejudice, and harmful ideologies.
Boycott any bar Jay Bianchi is affiliated with including So Many Roads or Sancho’s Broken Arrow. Organize fanbase to do the same.
Commit to boycotting or striking against a venue or business after a union-member vote is made accordingly.
